The course has been designed for students wanting to add to their existing Windows 7 certification. Recent graduates, current help desk employees and those students looking for a career change. Any experience with any of Microsoft’s Windows operating systems would be beneficial. Prior completion of MCTS: Microsoft Windows 7 Configuring, 70-680 Exam Prep is highly desirable.

Course Content
The course consists of practical exercises that build your understanding and experience of Planning and Managing
Windows® 7 Desktop Deployments and Environments, while preparing you for the Microsoft 70-686 certification exam.
Students who successfully pass this exam and 70-680 will be awarded an MCITP: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Administrator.
