Who should attend this course?

The course is appropriate for enterprise network engineers with at least one year of job experience who are ready to advance their skills and work independently on complex network solutions.

9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday

 

Certification Alignment

Part of the official CCNP curriculum, it covers the skills that are validated in the CCNP certification exam 642-832 TSHOOT.

 

Course Description

 

CCNP: Troubleshooting is one of three courses leading to the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP®) designation. CCNP: Troubleshooting teaches students to monitor and maintain complex, enterprise routed and switched IP networks. Topics include planning and execution of regular network maintenance, as well as support and troubleshooting using technology-based processes and best practices, in a systematic and ITIL-compliant approach.

 

Course Content

The course consists of theory lessons and practical exercises that build your understanding of and experience in troubleshooting in complex, enterprise routed and switched IP networks.
